BS Aquino, a no-show in GMA7's I.T.I.S. Prez Debate

Benigno Simeon Aquino or BS Aquino sudden disappearance during part two of GMA7's "Isang Tanong, Isang Sagot" presidential debate was perceived by many as a sign that he is not prepared to be the next president of the republic. Part 1 was a disaster as he answered incoherently, his handlers must have sensed that their candidate got owned thus the sudden no-show.

There was a follow-up interview by Ted Etong Failon of ABS-CBN regarding the allegation that he has autism and so forth and so on. Again many thought that this exclusive interview was for damage control and that it was scripted. ABS-CBN is losing credibility daw.

Pacquiao vs. Mayweather

There's a looming bloodbath in the boxing horizon - The Pacquiao - Mayweather bout. This encounter must happen because this will surely be an exciting duel between two of the world's most talented boxers. Both camps are still in the negotiating table, Bob Arum and Richard Schaeffer represents Top Rank and Golden Boy promotions respectively. If a workable deal will be reached then expect a battle royale between the undisputed and the undefeated.

This will also be a battle between master tacticians Freddie Roach and Floyd Mayweather Sr. Who will device a killer plan to outwit and outbox each others opponent?

So who's gonna be victorious come fight night? Who will reign supreme?

Noynoy Aquino, Austistic?

How true is the rumor that Noynoy Cojuangco Aquino has autism? Good citizen Tony Abaya mentioned it in his latest Philippines Standard Today column - Noynoy's 44 Percent.

Mirriam Defensor Santiago lost the presidential election of 1992 because of a similar tag that she is Brenda (short for brain damage). Sen. Santiago's 41 percent lead was "damage" and lost to FVR.

Dirty tricks? a repeat? Next thing we know Noynoy will be called Brandy as in Brain Dead, I hope not.

It's official. Lakas-Kampi standard bearer Sec. Gilbert "Gibo" Teodoro has finally picked former OMB chair Edu Manzano to be his running mate in the 2010 Philippine Presidential Election.

Fast Facts about Edu Manzano

During Manzano's term as vice mayor of Makati, he became the national president of the Vice Mayor's League of the Philippines.

He received the prestigious Outstanding and Unblemished Vice Mayor Award by no less than the National Press Club and the Outstanding Vice Mayor Award by the Consumers Union of the Philippines.

In 1993, the COMELEC ruled that he is Filipino citizen.
